In this  video I am showing the skill of shooting in football, As you can see when i take each shot i am making contact with the ball with the laced area of my boot, this is done as it allows me to have better control of where i want to place the ball, When i make contact with the ball i have my eyes on the ball this means that i know where the ball is and that when i shoot i will have a more accurate shot and it also makes it easy to have an accurate shot which would make it harder for the keeper to save. I am also well balanced and this is achieved by having my non striking foot being well placed and acting as an actor so i am balanced when i strike the ball and follow the shot through. When shooting there are a few types of strategies that can be used, A player can try and place to place the ball in to the top or lower corner of the goal to make it harder for the goalkeeper to stretch and save it and this would be done by striking the ball with the outside of the foot, or the player could get power into their shot and try to beat the goalkeeper with power and try and get an accurate quick shot in on target before the goalkeeper has time to react to the shot.

As shown in the video i am using the inside of my foot as this is the best way to make a short pass as it is the flattest part of the foot which allows me more control of where i send the ball , When i strike the ball my striking foot follows through the ball in a straight line, I am also well balanced which is important when passing and i am looking at the ball when i make contact with it which means my more is going to be more accurate than if i did not look at where the ball was. When passing a number of strategies can be used to regain possession or to advance up the pitch, one strategy is to keep hold of the ball and play quick passes into space when a teammate is free and try to pass the ball between the members of the team until a gap is made in the defence when they can play the ball through to a team mate who can advance up the field, or a team and use a more direct but less accurate strategy which is passing the ball in the air from the back and playing a high pass to the midfielders and attackers to try and advance up the field, Both strategies are used in football and all depends on the style a team likes to play with and also some times the physicality of a team, this can be seen with Barcelona and Swansea City who prefer to play shot quick passes on the ground due to their managers preferring this style of football and the fact that they are both very small footballing sides who would find it more difficult to play high passes, Whilst a team like Stoke City who posses many large and powerful players can play their football with high passes due to them being able to physically challenge and win the ball when it comes to them, so when passing in football there are different strategies that can be used but these vary for teams due to their ability, favour style and physicality.
This video shows me taking a throw in, the video shows that when i take a throw in i have the ball held above my head and when i throw it in to play it comes from behind the head like the rules from FIFA state, i also have a firm grip on the ball so the ball is less likely to slip out of my hand which means the through will be more accurate to my team mate who has to be at least 2 metres away from the touchline, In the throw in you can also see that my heels are firmly planted to the grower which means that this technique is not breaking any of the rules that are set by FIFA who are the international governing body for football. When taking a thrown in in an attacking position on the pitch the team will either play it short as shown in the video and try and get a cross in or run the ball into the box from the throw or try and launch a long throw into the box and put pressure on the defence and the goalkeeper by making it hard for the keeper to deal with, this second option has become more popular now with physical teams such as Stoke who have become known have using their midfielder Rory Delap who can take a throw in and launch it 30 to 40 meters into the box to try and let his attacks get a head on the ball to try and score

In the video above i am demonstrating the skill of bowling, When bowling i keep my arms close to my body and my head steady and focus my eyes on the wicket, this ensures each ball i bowl is as accurate as possible. The arm that i bowl with which i my case is the left arm remains straight which means that my arm action is applying with the laws of cricket which does not allow a bowler to have a bend in the arm when delivering a ball, My delivery is also no higher than the batsman's waist which if it did occur would be an illegal delivery, My foot is also placed on or behind the bowling crease which means that i am abiding the laws which state that i must have part of the foot on or behind the crease
The video above is a video of me demonstrating the skill of batting in the sport of cricket. As the video shows when i am batting i have a good stance, the stance see me having my feet around a foot length apart and my feet are either side of the crease, I have my knees slightly bent and i have got my weight on the balls of my feet, this allows me to quickly transfer to either my front foot or back foot depending on the pitch and length of the ball i am facing. My stance is also side on as it allows me to look down the wicket and at the bowler easy which makes it easier for me to read the delivery and respond to the ball i am facing.
As the video shows in my technique i use a back lift and this occurs when the bowler is approaching the stumps, this is done as it makes it easier for batsmen to set up and play the correct shot. As the ball approaches i have my eye on the ball and i step into the pitch of the ball, when i play the shot i have my eye on the ball and try to get my head over the ball if possible, when i play a defensive shot i try to get my bat as close as possible to my leg which will reduce the chance of the ball finding its way between a gap and getting to the wicket, whilst i am doing this i am also trying to smother the ball by playing it to the ground to ensure ball is under control. In batting the strategies depend on the ball and the positioning of the bowl, A batsman will have to decide if they are going to play the shot on the front foot or the back foot and once this is decided they will also have to decide if they are going to play a defensive shot and block the ball or if they are going to attack the ball and play a shot to try and get some runs.
